Georgia High School Flag Football - River Ridge sneaks past Riverwood

November 14, 2024: Sandy Springs, GA 30328

The River Ridge Knights flag football squad scored 19 points and limited the host Riverwood Raiders to 14 in the Knights league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now hold a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sprayberry for a D3 Area 6 test on Thursday, November 14. River Ridge will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Berkmar (Lilburn, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-11.

With the defeat, Riverwood drops to 1-14 on the campaign. The Raiders host Sprayberry (Marietta, GA) to meet the Yellow Jackets in a D3 Area 6 test on Thursday, November 14. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 1-11. Sprayberry lost 13-0 in their recent non-league test against Berkmar (Lilburn, GA)
