In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Asheboro Blue Comets soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 win over the Pisgah Bears.

The Blue Comets (25-2) will now prepare for their contest against East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 22-2 record. In their last contest, East Lincoln held off Hibriten (Lenoir, NC), 5-0, in a non-league contest.
