New Mexico High School Volleyball - Cobre over Ruidoso

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Cobre Indians (Bayard, NM) and the host Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM), observed Cobre's volleyball team top Ruidoso by a tally of 3-0.

The Indians (17-8) will now prepare for their contest against West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM). The Dons enter the non-league contest with a 20-4 record. In their last contest, West Las Vegas beat Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Warriors meet the Thoreau Hawks (Thoreau, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 15. Ruidoso will attempt to upgrade on its 17-8 season record. The Hawks enter the contest with a 17-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Robertson (Las Vegas, NM).
