In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Walnut Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Laguna Beach Breakers.
The Mustangs (20-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Brawley (Brawley, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 31-11 record. In their last challenge, Brawley beat Santana (Santee, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
