The Slidell Greyhounds toppled the host Pottsboro Cardinals basketball team by a tally of 70-62 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Greyhounds now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Graford for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 18. Slidell will play a Rabbits team coming off a 91-29 non-league win over Lingleville (Lingleville, TX). The Rabbits record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Pottsboro falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Callisburg (Gainesville, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 18. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
