The Saginaw Rough Riders basketball team (Saginaw, TX), was knocked off 71-62 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Richland Royals (North Richland Hills, TX)

The Royals (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX). The Dragons come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Southlake Carroll prevailed over Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX), 40-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rough Riders encounter the Shoemaker Wolves (Killeen, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, November 15. Saginaw will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record.
