In Friday's non-league game, the Galion Tigers (Galion, OH) football team edged the visiting Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH), by a tally of 17-14.

The Tigers now sport a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shelby for a non-league outing on Friday, November 21. Galion will clash with a Whippets squad coming off a 49-7 non-league win over Bath (Lima, OH). The Whippets record now stands at 12-0.

With the defeat, Perkins drops to 9-4 on the campaign.
