Indiana High School Basketball - Clay City thwarts Lighthouse Christian Academy

Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Clay City Eels (Clay City, IN) and the visiting Lighthouse Christian Academy Lions (Bloomington, IN), witnessed Clay City's basketball squad prevail over Lighthouse Christian Academy by a count of 53-34.

With the victory, Clay City advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Eels travel to Shakamak (Jasonville, IN) to meet the Lakers in a Southwestern Indiana challenge on Tuesday, November 18. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Shakamak won 30-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Cloverdale (Cloverdale, IN)

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Tabernacle Christian Eagles (Martinsville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 17. Lighthouse Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
