Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots (Lynchburg, VA) backers went home thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team thwart the host Virginia Girls HomeSchool Alpacas (Chesterfield, VA), 58-43 in a non-league contest.

The Patriots (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfax HomeSchool (Fairfax, VA). The Hawks go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Alpacas confront the Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association Patriots (Richmond, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 13. Virginia Girls HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
