In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Antioch Christian Academy Gators (Lumberton, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Thomas Academy Eagles (Lake Waccamaw, NC), by a margin of 56-24.

The Gators (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Christ the Cornerstone Academy (Laurinburg, NC). The Defenders go into the Carolinas Christian outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Christ the Cornerstone Academy smashed Governor's School for Science & Math (Hartsville, SC), 62-48, in a non-league outing.

The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mullins Marion Christian for a non-league outing on Thursday, November 17.
