McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX), 61-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McKinney upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Azle (Azle, TX) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 17. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Azle lost 54-53 in their recent non-league bout against Weatherford (Weatherford, TX)

Next up, the Raccoons clash with the Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Frisco will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 60-59 non-league win over Oklahoma City Storm (Oklahoma City, OK).
