The Hornets now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 17. Eureka will battle a Maroons team coming off a 39-23 non-league loss to St. Teresa (Decatur, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 1-1.

The Spartans (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Riverton (Riverton, IL). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Riverton dropped by Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL), 59-22, in a non-league battle.
