The Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL), 49-28 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their test against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, New Trier walloped Warren Township (Gurnee, IL), 57-35, in a non-league test.
The Friars now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Phillips for a Chicago Public - Red South Central test on Friday, November 18. Fenwick will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 66-23 league loss to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
