Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears (Orange, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Port Neches-Groves Indians (Port Neches, TX), 58-13 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Little Cypress-Mauriceville upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bears host East Chambers (Winnie, TX) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Indians play the Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Port Neches-Groves will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
