    The Little River Academy Bumblebees basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Manor Mustangs to 40 in the Bumblebees non-league triumph on Tuesday.

    The Bumblebees now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to United South for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 17. Little River Academy will battle a Panthers team coming off a 48-33 non-league win over Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial (Corpus Christi, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.

    The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Salado (Salado, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Salado nudged Lorena (Lorena, TX), 51-46, in a non-league contest.
