Illinois High School Basketball - Metamora crushes Manual

Metamora Redbirds (Metamora, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Manual Rams (Peoria, IL), 46-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Metamora upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Redbirds travel to Quincy (Quincy, IL) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 19. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Quincy won 68-31 in their recent non-league bout against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL)

Next up, the Rams clash with the Sacred Heart-Griffin Cyclones (Springfield, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 19. Manual will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cyclones go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 58-44 non-league win over Richwoods (Peoria, IL).
