With the win, Paramount upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Pirates host Garfield (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Garfield lost 58-38 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 17. Whittier will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
