The Trumann Wildcats basketball team (Trumann, AR), was overwhelmed 55-32 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Valley View Blazers (Jonesboro, AR)
The Blazers now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buffalo Island Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 19. Valley View will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 75-27 non-league win over Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.
The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Marked Tree trounced West Memphis Christian (West Memphis, AR), 72-22, in a non-league battle.
