Salem Seminoles (Conyers, GA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA), 51-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Salem upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Seminoles travel to Alcovy (Covington, GA) to play the Tigers in a bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Tigers play the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) in a bout, on Saturday, November 25. Alcovy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
