The Polytechnic Panthers basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Edgewood Lions to 40 in the Panthers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Duarte for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Polytechnic will battle a Falcons team coming off a 69-39 non-league win over Calvary Baptist (La Verne, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.

The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Montclair (Montclair, CA). The Cavaliers come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
