Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the St. Joseph Knights (Santa Maria, CA) and the host Orcutt Academy Spartans (Orcutt, CA), saw St. Joseph's basketball squad wallop Orcutt Academy by a tally of 57-24.
With the victory, St. Joseph improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Knights host Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA) to confront the Royals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 16. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
The Spartans now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Maria for a non-league test on Saturday, November 18.
