North Forney Falcons (Forney, TX) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX), 50-49 in a non-league match.

With the victory, North Forney advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Falcons host Bowie (Arlington, TX) to meet the Volunteers in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 19. The Volunteers enter the match with a record of 2-0. Bowie won 117-2 in their recent non-league match against Keller Central (Keller, TX)

The Trojans now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Round Rock Westwood for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 19. Anderson will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 45-44 non-league win over Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 7-0.
