Texas High School Basketball - Founders Classical Academy sneaks past Meridian

November 15, 2024: Round Rock, TX

The Founders Classical Academy Archers basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Meridian Lions to 67 in the Archers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Archers now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Prep for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 19. Founders Classical Academy will play a Rams team coming off a 79-26 non-league win over IDEA Rundberg (Austin, TX). The Rams record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Meridian falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Texas Empowerment Academy (Austin, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league game on Monday, November 18. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 1-0. Texas Empowerment Academy won 66-58 in their recent league game against Harmony Science Academy (Pflugerville, TX)
