Texas High School Basketball - Saint Jo nips Frost

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Saint Jo Panthers basketball team scored a close 37-36 triumph over the Frost Polar Bears.

The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX). The Tomcats go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Tom Bean nipped Nocona (Nocona, TX), 56-44, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Polar Bears battle the LaPoynor Flyers (LaRue, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 16. Frost will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Flyers go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 80-34 non-league win over Huntington (Huntington, TX).
