The Hanover Hawks football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Auburn Rockets to 9 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hawks now hold a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Foxborough for a non-league test on Friday, November 22. Hanover will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 42-10 non-league win over Dedham (Dedham, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-3.
With the defeat, Auburn drops to 6-4 on the campaign. The Rockets host Leicester (Leicester, MA) to meet the Wolverines in a Southern Worcester County - A test on Thursday, November 28. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 2-8. Leicester lost 30-13 in their recent non-league test against Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA)
