The Lincoln Abes (Tacoma, WA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Beamer Titans (Federal Way, WA), 3-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Abes now possess a 11-10 record. They play next when they travel to Capital for a 3A Pierce County bout on Saturday, November 16. Lincoln will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Lakes (Lakewood, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 13-14.

With the loss, Beamer drops to 11-10 on the campaign.
