Texas High School Basketball - Holmes knocks off LEE

Fans at Saturday's non-league match between the Holmes Huskies (San Antonio, TX) and the host LEE Volunteers (San Antonio, TX), witnessed Holmes's basketball squad run past LEE by a margin of 49-39.

The Huskies (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX). The Mules come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Alamo Heights defeated Taft (San Antonio, TX), 62-50, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Volunteers face the San Marcos Rattlers (San Marcos, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, November 18. LEE will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Rattlers enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 54-51 non-league loss to Medina Valley (Castroville, TX).
