Texas High School Basketball - United South knocks off Round Rock Westwood

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host United South Panthers basketball team scored a good 38-29 win over the Round Rock Westwood Warriors.
The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Midway (Waco, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Midway lost by Vandegrift (Austin, TX), 52-48, in a non-league match.
The Warriors now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vandegrift for a 6A Region IV District 25 match on Tuesday, November 18. Round Rock Westwood will face a Vipers squad coming off a 53-45 non-league win over Mansfield (Mansfield, TX). The Vipers record now stands at 5-2.
