Indiana High School Basketball - Rushville succumbs to Union County

In Saturday's non-league test, the Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) basketball squad defeated the host Rushville Lions (Rushville, IN), by a final score of 36-17.

Next, the Patriots play the Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 21. Union County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 38-26 non-league loss to Northeastern (Fountain City, IN).

With the loss, Rushville falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Mt. Vernon (Fortville, IN) to play the Marauders in a non-league bout on Friday, November 21. The Marauders come into the test with a record of 0-0.
