Virginia High School Volleyball - Appomattox County can't hold off John Battle

November 15, 2025: Bristol, VA 24202

In Saturday's non-league match, the John Battle Trojans (Bristol, VA) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA), by a final score of 3-2.

The Trojans now possess a 19-6 record. They play next when they travel to Radford for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 18. John Battle will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Central Wise (Norton, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 23-1.

With the loss, Appomattox County drops to 24-3 on the campaign.
