The Plainview Hornets basketball team (Glenmora, LA), was overwhelmed 77-30 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Pineville Rebels (Pineville, LA)
The Rebels now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bolton for a non-league battle on Friday, November 19. Pineville will confront a Bears team coming off a 82-53 non-league loss to Barbe (Lake Charles, LA). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
The Hornets (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Georgetown (Georgetown, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Georgetown was overwhelmed by Claiborne Christian (West Monroe, LA), 68-50, in a non-league battle.
