Cornerstone Charter Academy Ducks (Belle Isle, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mater Brighton Lakes Academy Broncos (Kissimmee, FL), 51-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cornerstone Charter Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Ducks travel to Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 30. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Broncos play the West Port Wolf Pack (Ocala, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Mater Brighton Lakes Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Wolf Pack go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 57-39 non-league win over Buchholz (Gainesville, FL).
