Florida High School Basketball - Mulberry holds off Four Corners

November 16, 2022: Davenport, FL 33897

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Mulberry Panthers (Mulberry, FL) and the host Four Corners Coyotes (Davenport, FL), saw Mulberry's basketball squad hold off Four Corners by a tally of 53-52.

With the victory, Mulberry improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Oasis Christian (Winter Haven, FL) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 1. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Coyotes confront the Lakeland Christian Vikings (Lakeland, FL) in a 3A District 7 challenge, on Thursday, November 17. Four Corners will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 75-24 non-league loss to Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL).
