In Thursday's non-league outing, the United South Panthers (Laredo, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Holmes Huskies (San Antonio, TX), by a count of 93-48.

The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Strake Jesuit (Houston, TX). The Fighting Crusaders go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Strake Jesuit smashed Memorial (Houston, TX), 46-30, in a non-league outing.
