Louisiana High School Basketball - Bastrop overwhelms West Monroe

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Bastrop Rams (Bastrop, LA) and the host West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA), saw Bastrop's basketball squad wallop West Monroe by a tally of 48-22.

With the victory, Bastrop improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Marksville (Marksville, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 17. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Marksville lost 39-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Merryville (Merryville, LA)

Next up, the Rebels confront the Benton Tigers (Benton, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. West Monroe will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 40-23 non-league win over Mansfield (Mansfield, LA).
