Texas High School Basketball - Bay Area Christian knocked off by Jacksonville

The Jacksonville Fightin' Indians basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Bay Area Christian Broncos to 40 in the Fightin' Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Fightin' Indians now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Jacksonville will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 51-35 non-league win over Grace Community (Tyler, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 1-2.

The Broncos (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Village (Houston, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Village ran past Kelly Catholic (Beaumont, TX), 56-32, in a non-league contest.
