In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Langtree Charter Lions basketball team scored a decisive 44-15 triumph over the Sugar Creek Wildcats.

In their next game, the Lions face the North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 17. Langtree Charter will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record.
