The Liberty Panthers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Nederland Bulldogs to 12 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Port Neches-Groves for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Liberty will battle a Indians team coming off a 30-27 non-league loss to Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX). The Indians record now stands at 1-4.

The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Anahuac (Anahuac, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Anahuac triumphed over Jasper (Jasper, TX), 32-17, in a non-league contest.
