Iowa High School Football - Wahlert sneaks past Sergeant Bluff-Luton

The Wahlert Golden Eagles football squad scored 17 points and limited the host Sergeant Bluff-Luton Warriors to 16 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 13-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Humboldt for a non-league test on Friday, November 22. Wahlert will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 28-25 non-league win over Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-1.

With the defeat, Sergeant Bluff-Luton drops to 11-1 on the campaign.
