With the win, Canyon upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill, CA) to clash with the Royals in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 19. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors (Downey, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 18. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 93-37 non-league win over Arcadia (Arcadia, CA).
