The Plainview Hornets basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Georgetown Bulldogs to 55 in the Hornets non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hornets now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenmora for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6.
The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Doyline (Doyline, LA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Doyline prevailed over Byrd (Shreveport, LA), 72-56, in a non-league contest.
