Texas High School Basketball - Steele trounces Johnson

The Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Johnson Jaguars (Buda, TX), 89-51 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their test against DeSoto (DeSoto, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, DeSoto walloped Anderson (Austin, TX), 60-42, in a non-league test.

The Jaguars now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Nixon for a non-league test on Friday, November 18. Johnson will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 67-43 non-league win over John Paul II (New Braunfels, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
