California High School Basketball - South East crushes Maywood Academy

November 17, 2022: South Gate, CA 90280

South East Jaguars (South Gate, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Maywood Academy Nighthawks (Maywood, CA), 90-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, South East upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Monday, November 28. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Nighthawks play the Wilson Mules (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 18. Maywood Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Mules come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 71-68 non-league win over Monroe (North Hills, CA).
