With the win, Waelder upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Port Aransas (Port Aransas, TX) to clash with the Marlins in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 17. The Marlins go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Port Aransas won 46-43 in their recent non-league bout against Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Mabank Panthers (Mabank, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 18. Neches will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 54-53 non-league loss to Port Aransas (Port Aransas, TX).
