Knight Hawks (Palmdale, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA), 66-54 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Knight upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Valencia (Valencia, CA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league battle on Friday, November 18. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 1-1. Valencia won 57-42 in their recent non-league battle against Royal (Simi Valley, CA)

The Highlanders (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Castaic (Castaic, CA). The Coyotes come into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record.
