Grant Cougars (Dry Prong, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Holy Savior Menard Eagles (Alexandria, LA), 56-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Grant upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Natchitoches Central (Natchitoches, LA) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Eagles play the Pitkin Tigers (Pitkin, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Holy Savior Menard will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
