Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Hanna Golden Eagles (Brownsville, TX), 54-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sharyland upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Rattlers travel to Edcouch-Elsa (Edcouch, TX) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Edcouch-Elsa won 57-51 in their recent non-league bout against Sharyland (Mission, TX)

Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Mission Veterans Memorial Patriots (Mission, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 18. Hanna will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
