In Friday's non-league outing, the Lee Ganders (Baytown, TX) basketball squad felled the visiting West Orange-Stark Mustangs (Orange, TX), by a margin of 63-54.
The Ganders (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against North Forest (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, North Forest was beaten by Mickey Leland College Preparatory Academy for Young Men (Houston, TX), 80-30, in a league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Willowridge for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 21. West Orange-Stark will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 67-52 non-league win over Chavez (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
