The Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Lincoln Tigers (Dallas, TX), 77-55 in Friday's non-league test.
The Trojans (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Richland (North Richland Hills, TX). The Royals go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Richland was trounced by Mesquite (Mesquite, TX), 47-34, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Wilson for a non-league test on Monday, November 20. Lincoln will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 51-46 non-league win over Madison (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
