California High School Basketball - Royal tipped by Santa Barbara

November 17, 2023: Simi Valley, CA 93065

The Santa Barbara Dons basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Royal Highlanders to 53 in the Dons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Dons now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moorpark for a non-league contest on Monday, November 27. Santa Barbara will meet a Musketeers team coming off a 80-76 non-league win over Ventura (Ventura, CA). The Musketeers record now stands at 1-2.

The Highlanders (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA). The Vaqueros enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Rancho Alamitos was nudged by Western (Anaheim, CA), 51-47, in a non-league contest.
